Effective date: September 8, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lawgiclab.com and the Lawgic Lab games and tools (together, the "Service"), operated by Snowbird Solutions LLC ("Lawgic Lab," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use Lawgic Lab
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given you permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms on your behalf where required by law. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. The Service
Lawgic Lab provides interactive games and tools designed to help students build formal and informal logic skills relevant to LSAT preparation, including Mines of Argumentia, Come Flaw With Me, Diagram Cracker, and Conditional Criminal. Some tools are labeled BETA and are still under active development; features, content, and accuracy may change as we continue building them.
Lawgic Lab is a study aid, not a guarantee of any particular LSAT score, admissions outcome, or scholarship result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation, other study resources, and the exam itself.
3. Payment and Access
Access is sold at the pricing shown on the site at the time of purchase:
- Everything — a single one-time payment that unlocks all paid games and tools for as long as the Service operates. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Free accounts. You can create an account and use part of the Service at no cost, with no payment method required. Free access includes Mines of Argumentia and a selection of Diagram Cracker modules identified in the Service. We may change what is included in free access at any time.
If you previously purchased a Monthly subscription or the earlier Lifetime Access offer, your purchase continues to be honored on the terms it was sold under: a Monthly subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it, and Lifetime Access continues to unlock all current and future games and tools for as long as the Service operates.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Prices may change for future purchases, but a price change will never retroactively affect an access period or subscription you've already paid for.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
After cancellation. Your account reverts to free access rather than being closed, and your saved progress is kept.
If you hold a legacy Monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time by emailing info@lawgiclab.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. A one-time purchase has no billing to cancel.
Because Lawgic Lab provides immediate digital access upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If something goes wrong with your purchase or you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@lawgiclab.com and we'll look into it — refunds outside of billing errors are granted at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- share your account or access with anyone else, or access the Service using an account that isn't yours
- attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Service's access controls or payment gating
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service's content, games, or underlying logic-generation engine
- use the Service in any way that disrupts it for other users or violates any applicable law
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its games, content, design, and underlying logic-generation methods, is owned by Snowbird Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service — it does not transfer ownership of anything to you.
LSAT® is a trademark owned by LSAC, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, Lawgic Lab or any third-party study product.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs — especially for tools still labeled BETA. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will meet your specific needs or produce any particular exam result.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowbird Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on your LSAT score or admissions outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing info@lawgiclab.com.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
